What Happens When You Get in Touch

No pressure, no obligation, and no charge for the estimate. Here is the actual sequence.

1. You call or send the formTell us roughly what the tree is doing. A photo helps us prioritise, but we will not quote from one.
2. We come outOn site, usually within a few days. Emergencies same day. We look at the tree, the ground and the access.
3. You get it in writingWhat the tree needs, what it does not need, and what it costs. If the honest answer is to leave it alone, we say so.
4. You decideNo deposit taken at the estimate. Take the quote away and compare it.

What helps us help you faster

  • Roughly how big. Taller than the house, or shorter?
  • What is underneath it. A roof, a driveway, a fence, a power line, or open lawn. This changes the job more than the tree size does.
  • Can a truck get to it. Front garden, back garden, gated side access, or acreage.
  • What you have noticed. A new lean, dead branches, thinning at the top, mushrooms at the base, or bark falling off.

If it is an emergency

Call, do not use the form. A tree on a structure, blocking access, or into a power line needs a phone call. We respond around the clock.

If a line is involved, contact the utility first and stay well clear. We do not touch energised lines and neither should anyone else who turns up offering to.

Where We Work

We cover Sioux Falls and the surrounding Minnehaha and Lincoln County communities. Each of these has its own page with the local rules, disposal sites and tree conditions that actually apply there:

Brandon · Harrisburg · Tea · Dell Rapids · Garretson · Hartford · Crooks · Lennox · Renner

Not on the list? Call anyway. See all areas we serve or browse our services.

Before you hire anyone

South Dakota has no mandatory state licence for tree work, so anyone can buy a chainsaw and print a flyer. Ask any crew, including us, for their South Dakota insurance certificate, then ring the insurer directly rather than the number on the paperwork. Never pay in full up front.
